Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags are still attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
